4 unfenced eggs
1 green bullhorn stew, meagerly cut

4 little red tomatoes, diced

2 teaspoons gentle/medium paprika

Strategy
In a shallow non-stick sauté container, warm oil on medium warmth. Include garlic and bean stew. Sauté for 5 minutes till delicate. Include tomatoes and water. Cook for 5 minutes until the point that tomatoes are somewhat delicate.
Sprinkle paprika and blend well. Lessen warmth to low. Break eggs gradually finished the stew tomato blend. Cover with a plate and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until the point that eggs are done and marginally runny.
Season with salt and topping with thyme. Serve hot with bread and plate of mixed greens.
