Appreciate these flame broiled chicken kabobs seasoned with flavors – a heavenly Moroccan supper prepared in 15 minutes.

Fixings

1/2 container apricot jelly

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 boneless skinless chicken bosoms (1/2 lb), cut into 1/2-inch pieces

Steps

1 Heat gas or charcoal barbecue. In huge bowl, blend jam, cumin, cinnamon, coriander and salt. Place chicken pieces in bowl and swing to coat. On each of 4 (10-to 12-inch) metal sticks, string chicken.
