Broil Leg of Lamb with Apricot

4 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp minced new parsley
2 tsp each ground allspice, cardamom, cinnamon, and, cloves
tsp spread, relaxed
1 leg of sheep, (4 lb)
1 container dried apricots
¼ container each fragmented almonds, and, pine, nuts, toasted

Basmati Rice

1 Tbsp additional virgin olive oil
1 onion, finely cleaved
2 container basmati rice
1 tsp salt

Broil Leg of Lamb with Apricot

1. On cutting board and utilizing fork, or utilizing mortar and pestle, pulverize garlic and salt to fine glue; exchange to bowl. Include parsley, allspice, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and pepper. Mix in spread.
